Formula 1 drivers Fernando Alonso and Sergio Perez are due to get behind the wheel of Supercars machinery at Albert Park later on Thursday.
Supercars are acting as one of the main support categories to Formula 1’s Australian Grand Prix, with track activity commencing on Thursday.
Alonso is set to drive Thomas Randle’s Tickford Castrol Mustang around the revised Albert Park Circuit.
Castrol, which has naming rights to the Tickford team, is also a partner of Alonso’s Alpine Formula 1 team.
Perez meanwhile will get behind the wheel of the Red Bull Ampol Racing Commodore.
Supercars are set to have four 20-lap sprint races around Albert Park through the course of the weekend.
