Nick Cassidy has signed with AF Corse to be part of its GTE Am line-up in the FIA World Endurance Championship.
The New Zealander will replace Giancarlo Fisichella in the #54 Ferrari 488 GTE Evo. Cassidy partners Thomas Flohr and Francesco Castellacci.
It will be Cassidy’s first season in the FIA WEC, but he has an exisiting relationship with the Italian squad following his involvement in the DTM effort.
The team has also confirmed its other two car crews. Simon Mann, Christoph Ulrich and Toni Vilander will team up aboard the #21 Ferrari, as previously reported by MotorsportWeek.com.
Meanwhile, Franck Dezoteux and Pierre Ragues will team up aboard the #71 Ferrari.
