Ferrari teams in both GTE Pro and GTE Am have been hit with a mid-event Balance of Performance change at the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
The FIA Endurance Commission confirmed on Thursday that all Ferrari 488 GTE Evos across both classes have been given reduced boost levels.
The result is that the Ferrari has been served a power reduction of roughly eight horsepower compared to what it has run during the Test Day and opening practice session, with the reduction mostly taking place in the low rev range.
Additionally, cars in both classes have seen their maximum fuel capacity slightly decreased.
The fuel capacity for cars in GTE Pro has been decreased by one liter to 93 liters, while the same reduction sees the maximum capacity for teams in GTE Am reduced to 90 liters.
