Ferrari has put itself firmly into the lead in GTE Pro at the 24 Hours of Le Mans with five hours in the book.
The #71 Ferrari 488 GTE Evo of Davide Rigon currently leads the class ahead of the #51 driven by Daniel Serra.
The two Ferraris spent the fifth hour of the race fiercely battling with the #97 Aston Martin Vantage AMR in the hands of Harry Tincknell but the Ferraris appear to have greater pace in the early stages of the race.
Toyota continues to lead one-two overall with the #7 of Kamui Kobayashi ahead of the #8 of Brendon Hartley, with Rebellion Racing holding third overall.
Jackie Chan DC Racing has solidified its lead in LMP2, with Ho-Pin Tung up front in the #37 ORECA 07-Gibson ahead of the #26 G-Drive Aurus 01-Gibson in the hands of Mikkel Jensen. The two United Autosports ORECA hold fourth and fifth, with the #32 of Will Owen ahead of the #22 of Paul Di Resta.
The other G-Drive car, the #16 machine entered by Algarve Pro Racing, was involved in an incident after Ryan Cullen spun at Indianapolis and was collected by the #57 Porsche 911 RSR of Felipe Fraga.
Nobu Yamanaka also had an incident at Arnage, shooting wide and planting the #35 Eurasia Ligier JS P217-Gibson in the gravel.
Tom Blomqvist led the race in GTE Am at the hour mark in the #72 HubAuto Ferrari 488 GTE Evo, although he was due for a pitstop. Jonathan Adam holds second in the #90 TF Sport Aston Martin Vantage AMR, with Augusto Farfus in third in the #98 Aston Martin Vantage AMR.
