The FIA has confirmed a preliminary 21-race calendar for the 2012 season as the United States makes its return.
The Austin GP, held at the new Circuit of the Americas currently under construction will fulfil round ten of the championship on June 17th.
The Turkish GP is subject to confirmation as the race organisers are yet to decide on whether they will pay the hosting fees which have almost doubled since last year.
The season begins on March 11th, ending in late November.
