Williams has confirmed that reigning W Series champion Jamie Chadwick will continue in a development role at the Formula 1 team this year.
Chadwick, 21, claimed the GT4 title in British GT in 2015 and went on to triumph in the MRF Winter Series in 2018/19.
Chadwick joined Williams mid-2019 and went on to claim the inaugural W Series title.
For 2020 Chadwick will increase her simulator programme and attend several grands prix through the course of the season.
“It has been a fantastic opportunity working with the team in my role as Development Driver,” said Chadwick.
“The time spent in the simulator has been invaluable and I have enjoyed every moment, immersing myself within the team. I look forward to continuing to work with Williams this year.”
Deputy Team Principal, Claire Williams, added: “I have thoroughly enjoyed watching Jamie develop, and excel, both with the team and her time racing in W Series.
“Jamie has done an excellent job promoting women in motorsport and we are extremely proud of the work she has done.”
Williams also has DAMS Formula 2 race Dan Ticktum on its young driver programme for 2020.
