Daniil Kvyat reacted strongly to a last lap penalty which cost him a point, having originally finished in tenth place during the United States Grand Prix.
The Toro Rosso driver collided with Racing Point's Sergio Perez on the final lap of the race and was handed a five-second time penalty, which demoted him to 12th, elevating Perez into the points.
Informed of the penalty after the race, Kvyat replied: "Ah fuck, that's bullshit. It's unbelievable.
"I don't know, the stewards are completely…I have no words. It's stupid, so stupid."
Asked to explain the incident, he added: "I just went round the inside and he closed the door as normal, then we touched and I overtook him around the outside.
“I think was a harsh but fair move. It was great racing like we want to see and what we have seen this season without other drivers being penalised.
"I’m very upset and disappointed about this penalty because I don’t think this is what our sport needs. It's unacceptable really."
Kvyat, who was also handed a penalty point bringing his total to five, was also penalised at the last race in Mexico for a last lap collision with Renault's Nico Hulkenberg.
