Williams has released official renders of its 2019 Formula 1 car, the FW42, ahead of its on-track debut next week.
Williams unveiled its revised livery at its Grove factory on Monday – having signed a new title partner in the form of ROKiT – but did so on a 2018-spec car.
On Friday afternoon it published images of the car with which it hopes to climb back up the grid, after a difficult 2018 campaign.
Williams slumped to last in the Constructors’ Championship amid fundamental flaws with its FW41, restricting it to a top 10 finish at just two of the 21 Grands Prix.
Williams will enter 2019 with a revised driver line-up after promoting Robert Kubica from his reserve role, ending his eight-year hiatus from the grid.
Kubica will be joined by Mercedes-backed Formula 2 champion George Russell.
Williams has already confirmed that its planned shakedown with the FW42, which was meant to take place prior to testing, has been cancelled due to time constraints.
