Villorba Corse, currently competing in the European Le Mans Series, has announced a name change. The team will be rebranded to Cetilar Racing as it prepares to step up to the FIA World Endurance Championship later this year.
The Italian team joins the WEC in the LMP2 class with the same driver lineup as its current ELMS effort.
Andrea Belicchi, Roberto Lacorte and Giorgio Sernagiotto will be sharing driver duties in a Dallara P217, making the effort pretty much identical to the current ELMS operation.
The 2019/2020 World Endurance Championship kicks off with the 4 Hours of Silverstone on September 1st.
