Adrian Sutil has lost his eight place finish after the FIA imposed a 20-second penalty on his time after the race.
The penalty comes as a result of him cutting turn seven, thus gaining an unfair advantage.
The penalty pushes him into tenth place behind Nico Hulkenberg and Felipe Massa.
The Force India team will however appeal the decision by the stewards in the hope it will be overturned. Whilst drive-through penalties cannot be appealed, the process behind why they were awarded can.
They are also protesting that Nico Hulkenberg cut a corner and gained an unfair advantage.
