Renault has submitted a protest to the Italian Grand Prix race stewards disputing the legality of the Haas VF-18.
The French manufacturer went level on points with Haas this weekend with 84 apiece, however Haas moves ahead of Renault thanks to Romain Grosjean's fourth-place at the Austrian Grand Prix.
Renault gave no reason as to why it believes Haas' car isn't legal, though it's believed to centre on the floor, and both teams are due to go before the stewards later this evening.
"We confirm that we have submitted a request to the Stewards of the Event for clarification on the legality of the Haas F1 Team VF-18," a statement from the team said.
"We have no further comment on this matter until the Stewards have arrived at a decision."
Haas' Romain Grosjean finished sixth, whilst Kevin Magnussen finished outside of the points. Renault's Carlos Sainz was ninth and Nico Hulkenberg 14th.
