Lando Norris continued to be the pacesetting driver in the final practice hour at Formula 1’s Hungarian Grand Prix as he edged out McLaren team-mate Oscar Piastri.
Max Verstappen was third quickest in the leading Red Bull, but he was almost three-tenths down on Norris’ benchmark, with Mercedes’ George Russell coming fourth.
Ferrari’s Carlos Sainz completed the top five as Daniel Ricciardo impressed to elevate his RB to sixth. Alex Albon’s Williams was seventh, with Nico Hulkenberg eighth.
