Alpine has announced that it will run a pink livery at eight rounds across the 2024 Formula 1 campaign.
The Anglo-French marque launched its A524 with a design that features a carbon base mixed with details comprising the traditional Alpine blue and BWT pink colours.
That default colour scheme will be used at 16 rounds but will be inverted to feature more pink on the other eight occasions across the record 24 race calendar.
BWT had sponsored the Silverstone-based squad, currently known as Aston Martin, from 2017 and saw its Force India and Racing Point cars decked out in pink.
The water treatment company maintained its relationship with the team as it evolved into Aston Martin in 2021, with pink highlights used on its green-liveried AMR21.
However, BWT accompanied Otmar Szafnauer when he left to Alpine at the start of 2022, with pink having featured alongside the marque’s traditional blue ever since.
Alpine sported an exclusive pink design scheme in the first two rounds, with the Enstone-based camp continuing that tradition at the opening three races of last term.
Despite Szafnauer vacating his position midway through last season, BWT will remain a title partner to Alpine and its involvement has ramped up even further for 2024.
