For the final oval race of the 2023 IndyCar season, the paddock visited World Wide Technology Raceway just outside St. Louis.
The master of fuel saving Scott Dixon worked his magic once again, pulling a gap at the front of the field while making it to the finish on one less pit stop.
Pato O’Ward and David Malukas each earned podium finishes, and were the final two drivers not to be lapped on the 1.25-mile oval.

Josef Newgarden was in contention to win until he drifted too high and the rubber marbles sent him into the outside barriers and ended his day with 50 laps remaining.
There are no more breaks on the 2023 schedule, with Portland and Laguna Seca coming up in the next two weekends to close out the year.
