Long gone are the days of glamorous launch events where bikini-clad women would unveil a team's new challenger for the season ahead. Instead launches are an often more relaxed affair, with drivers simply pulling the sheet off a new car to unveil a suspiciously familiar looking livery.
That looks unlikely to change this year, with only Renault and Red Bull holding special events to show off their latest creations. However both events are purely livery launches, with their 2016 cars only breaking cover at the first pre-season test in Barcelona on February 22.
That will be the case for the majority of teams, whilst Ferrari and McLaren will hold online launches prior to testing.
