As darkness falls at Le Mans, Ferrari continue to lead at Le Mans with six hours gone, Alessandro Pier Guidi ahead of Nicklas Nielsen.

Pier Guidi, in the #51 Ferrari 499P, is around seven seconds ahead Nielsen, in the sister #50 Ferrari. The Dane has just climbed into the car after a full service pitstop, replacing teammate Miguel Molina. The #94 Peugeot 9X8 of Loic Duval is third, around 21 seconds behind.

The #2 Cadillac of Alex Lynn is fourth, just over a minute behind Molina, with the leading Toyota fifth, Brendon Hartley behind the wheel of the #8 Toyota GR010 Hybrid, a minute and 10 seconds off the lead. His teammate Jose Maria Lopez is sixth in the sister #7 Toyota, while #75 Porsche 963’s Nick Tandy, who led just an hour ago, is seventh.

The race is currently running under green flag. There’s not been an awful lot of full green running, with lots slow zones being used to clear up accidents and incidents around the 8.5 mile circuit. In addition, there have been two safety car periods, with the most recent one lasting more than an hour.

The two Ferraris and the #94 Peugeot are on the same pit stop cycle. Similarly, the two Toyota and the #75 Porsche are on another pit stop cycle, which sees them cycle to the front, as the Ferraris and Peugeot pit first.

In LMP2, Oliver Rasmussen leads in the #28 JOTA Oreca 07-Gibson. Just 2 seconds back is Albert Costa in the #34 Inter Europol Oreca 07-Gibson. A minute behind these two is the #23 United Autosports of Oliver Jarvis.

In GTE-Am, JMW Motorsport leads, with Giacomo Petrobelli behind the wheel of the #66 JMW Ferrari 488 GTE Evo. 10 seconds back is Thomas Flohr in the #54 AF Corse Ferrari 488 GTE Evo, while Michael Fassbender sits third in the #911 Proton Porsche 911 RSR-19.
