Max Verstappen topped the timesheets in the final practice session ahead of tomorrow’s Saudi Arabian Grand Prix.
A late flurry of action took place in the final few minutes after the session was stopped when the Sauber of Zhou Guanyu hit the barriers.
The reigning World Champion set a time of 1:28.412s, with Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc just under two-tenths behind.
Britain’s Oliver Bearman, sitting in for the unwell Carlos Sainz in the sister Ferrari, finished an impressive 10th, with a time within a second of Verstappen’s.
Lewis Hamilton struggled in ninth place, three-tenths adrift of team-mate George Russell in fourth.
