F1 2023 United States GP – Sprint Shootout Results

Max Verstappen clocked the fastest time in the Sprint Shootout to ensure he will start the United States Grand Prix Sprint race from the front of the grid.

The Dutchman pipped Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc by 0.055s and Lewis Hamilton by 0.069s.

Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri wound up fourth and fifth respectively for McLaren, ahead of Carlos Sainz and Sergio Perez.

George Russell trailed five places behind Hamilton in the sister Mercedes, with Alex Albon and Pierre Gasly rounding out the top 10.
