The NTT IndyCar Series took on the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course on Sunday, and once again Alex Palou showed why he is the favorite to take the title this year.
The Spaniard started fourth, but quickly moved to the front on the first round of pit stops and never looked back. His championship lead over Scott Dixon is now 110 points, over two full races worth of points.
Dixon crossed the line second, and Will Power rounded out the podium with a strong performance of his own.

Conor Daly did an admirable job in the #60 Meyer Shank Racing entry, filling in for an injured Simon Pagenaud. After starting in the final position, Daly climbed up to 20th by time the checkered flag flew.
The series heads to Canada next for a round on the streets of Toronto, followed by a double-header on the short oval at Iowa Speedway.
