Fernando Alonso topped the timesheet with a time of 1:32.340 in FP3 ahead of qualifying for the Bahrain Grand Prix.

Red Bull’s Max Verstappen finished the session just +0.005s off Alonso’s fastest pace, Sergio Perez rounded off the top three fastest of the session.
The impressive lap from Alonso happened in the later stages of the session and raises hopes that they will be in contention with, Red Bull, for the top three positions during qualifying in Bahrain this evening.
