Ferrari has reshuffled its strategy team ahead of the start of the 2023 Formula 1 season.
It is the first major personnel alteration since the appointment of Frederic Vasseur as Ferrari’s team boss.
Vasseur joined from Alfa Romeo in early January and outlined that his initial approach would be to observe Ferrari’s structure.
Inaki Rueda, who has been Ferrari’s chief strategist since 2015, will move to a sporting role at Ferrari’s factory in Maranello.
Rueda’s role at grand prix weekends has been taken by Ravin Jain, who has been part of Ferrari’s strategy team for several years.
Poor strategies were to blame for Ferrari allowing several race-winning opportunities to split through its grasp in 2022.
