Formula 1’s summer break is almost over and the circus heads to fan favourite Spa Francorchamps this weekend for the Belgian Grand Prix. But the race is at risk of falling off the calendar to make way for new venues. F1 Editor Phillip Horton looks at why that cannot happen.
