David Beckmann will replace the suspended Amaury Cordeel for this weekend’s Formula 2 round at Silverstone.
Van Amersfoort rookie Cordeel reached the maximum limit of 12-penalty points at the previous event in Azerbaijan.
As a consequence he is not permitted to participate in this weekend’s event at Silverstone.
Beckmann debuted in Formula 2 last year, running select events with Charouz and Campos, and returned to the Czech team earlier this season at Imola for a one-off appearance.
Elsewhere MP Motorsport have drafted in Filip Ugran for its Formula 3 line-up this weekend.
Ugran will replace Alexander Smolyar after the Russian was unable to obtain a UK visa.
