Formula 1 switches to 18-inch wheels for the 2022 season and Pirelli and the teams have been using the end-of-season Abu Dhabi test to run the new bigger rubber, to get a feel for how they will interact with the suspension and set-up of the cars.
Use our sliders to compare the differences between the two wheels and not only that, but the different suspension geometry required to run the bigger rims.
*Young drivers were running the 2021-spec cars on 13-inch wheels, with Formula 1 racers running modified 2019 cars on 18-inch wheels.
