Sebastien Buemi has set the fastest time in the morning warm-up session for the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
The Swiss driver set the fastest time in a relatively uneventful fifteen minute session at the Circuit de la Sarthe.
Buemi posted a 03:28:529 in the #8 Toyota GR010 Hybrid, 0.288s faster than team-mate Mike Conway in the #7 sister car.
Nicolas Lapierre was third faster in the #36 Alpine A480-Gibson, while the two Glickenhaus cars did run but not set a lap time.
United Autosports occupied the top two spots, with the #23 ORECA 07-Gibson of Alex Lynn ahead of team-mate Nico Jamin in the #32 sister car.
Robert Kubica was third fastest in the #31 Team WRT ORECA 07-Gibson, despite a late spin at the run down to Tertre Rouge.
Kubica was one of two LMP2 drivers to spin during the session, with Dennis Andersen also facing the wrong way at the Dunlop Chicane aboard the #20 High Class Racing ORECA.
Filipe Albuquerque took fourth, with G-Drive Racing’s Nyck de Vries fifth.
In GTE Pro, Kevin Estre led the way in the rebuilt #92 Porsche 911 RSR-19. The German squad carried out a chassis change after Estre’s qualifying crash which was completed in time for the warmup session
The Frenchman posted a 03:49:956, leading team-mate Gianmaria Bruni in the #91 Porsche and Earl Bamber’s #79 WeatherTech Racing Porsche 911 RSR-19.
Inception Racing, which also carried out significant repairs, was first in GTE Am with a 03:52:076 in the #71 Ferrari 488 GTE Evo driven by Ben Barnicoat.
