New pictures released by organisers of Formula 1’s Saudi Arabian Grand Prix have provided a glimpse of the progress at the new-for-2021 Jeddah Corniche Circuit.
The venue is under construction along the coastline of Jeddah ahead of Saudi Arabia’s inaugural event on December 5.
It is set to be the penultimate round of the 2021 Formula 1 campaign.
The 6.175km circuit is set to feature 27 turns, as well as three DRS zones, with the race itself taking place at night.
Fresh images released by event organisers have shown the work being undertaken on the Turn 13 hairpin, which features a banking of 12 degrees, as well as Media Island, from where the press will cover the event.
