Meyer Shank Racing’s Dane Cameron is leading the Sahlen’s Six Hours of the Glen with two hours of racing still to go.

The #60 Acura ARX-05 picked up the lead shortly after the two hour mark when the DPi running order was shuffled as the result of a round of pitstops under safety car.

The car, then in the hands of Olivier Pla, led until another safety car shook up the order yet again, dropping Pla to third as the #31 Whelen Engineering Cadillac DPi-VR of Felipe Nasr moved into the lead while Alexander Rossi was promoted to second in the #10 Wayne Taylor Racing Acura.

Pla, however, immediately muscled his way past Rossi at the restart, which allowed team-mate Cameron to be in prime position when Whelen Engineering’s Mike Conway had to relinquish the lead as the result of a pit lane speed limit infringement and subsequent penalty.

Cameron now leads from Rossi, with Renger van der Zande third in the #01 Chip Ganassi Cadillac DPi-VR and the #55 Mazda RT24-P, in the hands of Oliver Jarvis, fourth.

LMP2 is currently led by the #52 PR1/Mathiasen Motorsports ORECA 07-Gibson, driven by Scott Huffaker. Huffaker took the lead in class away from the #11 WIN Autosport ORECA of Thomas Merrill shortly before the two-hour mark.

Wayne Boyd is third for United Autosports’ #22 ORECA 07-Gibson, with the #8 Tower Motorsports ORECA the only remaining LMP2 car remaining on track.

Corvette Racing has lost the lead in GTLM, with the #25 BMW M8 GTE of Philipp Eng now leading the class for the first time of the race.

Eng leads with a narrow gap over the #3 Corvette C8.R of Antonio Garcia, with Nick Tandy third in the #4 Corvette C8.R and Augusto Farfus fourth in the #24 BMW to round out the class.

In LMP3, Riley Motorsports has moved into a one-two position after a slow start to the race. Felipe Fraga now leads in the #74 Ligier JS P320, with his former co-driver Jeroen Bleekemolen second aboard the #91 sister car.

Third in class is held by the #54 CORE Autosport Ligier JS P320 driven by Colin Braun, while the previously frontrunning #36 Andretti Autosport Ligier, now driven by Oliver Askew, has fallen away after it had to have new nose fitted.

Porsche still leads GTD, although it is now the #9 Pfaff Motorsports Porsche 911 GT3 R in the hands of Zacharie Robichon leading.

The #14 Lexus RC F GT3 is close behind in second place with Jack Hawksworth leading, while the formerly leading #16 Wright Motorsports Porsche 911 GT3 R of Patrick Long has dropped down to third in class.
