Formula 3 racer Laszlo Toth will miss this weekend’s Paul Ricard round after returning a positive test for Covid-19.
The Campos driver returned a positive result during the mandatory pre-race PCR test ahead of the upcoming round, in support of Formula 1’s French Grand Prix.
In accordance with Covid-19 protocols and public health authority guidelines he will now isolate and consequently not compete this weekend.
No other team members from Campos have been affected.
Toth brought up the rear of the 30-driver standings heading to Paul Ricard after failing to score across the opening three races in Spain last month.
Campos has yet to name a replacement for Toth.
