The Rolex 24 at Daytona is under an early caution following a bizarre start in GTLM, which left debris on the track.

Kevin Estre in the #79 WeatherTech Racing Porsche 911 RSR-19 was rear-ended at the green flag by the #25 BMW M8 GTE of Bruno Spengler, which damaged the Porsche. The rear bumper eventually came loose and ended up onto the track, forcing a caution.

Felipe Nasr leads the race overall in the #31 Whelen Engineering Cadillac DPi-VR, ahead of the #5 Mustang Sampling Cadillac of Loic Duval and the #60 Meyer Shank Racing Acura ARX-05 of Dane Cameron.

Ben Keating leads LMP2 in the #52 PR1/Mathiasen Motorsports ORECA 07-Gibson, ahead of Dennis Andersen’s #20 High Class Racing ORECA and the #47 Cetilar Racing Dallara P217-Gibson of Roberto Lacorte.
