IMSA and the FIA WEC have announced the provisional schedule for the second edition of the Super Sebring weekend, the double header event held at Sebring International Raceway in Florida.
The start time for the WEC's 1000 Miles of Sebring, to be held on Friday, March 20, has been pulled forward four hours. It now starts at 12:00pm in the afternoon finishing eight hours later at 20:00pm.
One thing that has not changed is the collective test session to be held for WEC competitors, which will take place the weekend prior. The test is split over two days, held on 14-15 March, with both days featuring a morning and an afternoon session.
Qualifying for the 1000 Miles of Sebring will kick off on Thursday, March 19 at 6:25pm and concludes at 7:15pm.
The Super Sebring weekend will be headlined by the 68th annual Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring Presented By Advance Auto Parts on Saturday, starting at 10:40 am. Qualifying for the iconic race will be held prior to the WEC race on Friiday
