Lewis Hamilton has hailed his MotoGP swap with Valentino Rossi as "epic", and responded to rumours that he crashed the Italian's bike.
The two champions swapped machinery on Monday as part of an event organised by shared sponsor Monster Energy.
Hamilton got to ride Rossi's Yamaha bike at the Ricardo Tormo circuit in Valencia, whilst Rossi jumped in Hamilton's Mercedes W08 from the 2017 season.
However there has been little in the way of news from the event, which Italian publication La Repubblica suggested was down to Hamilton crashing.
But writing on social media, Hamilton appeared to refute the claims as he declared there had been "no troubles".
"Morning world!,” Hamilton wrote. “Hope everyone is doing great.
"I have had the most epic past few days. I can't wait to share it all with you.
"Sorry there’s been no news yet on what me and Valentino have been up to yet but all I can say it was epic.
"We both did great, no troubles at all and had the best day ever!"
