Simon Evans will complete the grid for the opening weekend of competition for Season 2 of the Jaguar I-PACE eTROPHY in Diriyah.
Evans, the older brother of Jaguar Racing's Mitch Evans, will remain in the fully-electric production car series for a second season, once again racing for Team Asia New Zealand.
As the winner of the championship's inaugural race, Evans experienced a season that was characterised by mixed success in the 2018/19 campaign, taking fourth in the Pro Drivers' Championship with 106 points and four further podiums in Sanya, Rome, Berlin and New York.
"I’m proud to be back representing Team Asia New Zealand for Season 2," said the Kiwi. "I learnt a lot last season and I can use that heading into the first round.
"Team Brazil who were the benchmark at the second half of Season 1 are back and they will be fast no doubt. The Attack Mode is a great addition to the series where strategy will be key. I will be 100% ready come lights out in Saudi."
The first two races of the 2019/20 campaign, which will take place on November 22 and 23 in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia, will see 10 cars line up on the grid, with Sergio Jimenez returning to defend his Season 1 title while Alice Powell, Abbie Eaton and Reema Juffali are among the field of competitors.
