Job done, or "let's hope we got the job done", as we suspect one or two of the Formula 1 teams leaving Barcelona this weekend may have been saying. Yes, after eight hard days of testing, we still have no idea who will be at the sharp end of the Melbourne grid in two weeks time when the 2019 Formula 1 season kicks off. In the meantime, you can read Phillip Horton's report from the Catalan circuit on each team's progress.
Perhaps we should be calling this week's magazine, "the preview…" We really can't remember when last Motorsport Monday published three major previews together. This week we have Jerry Williams' predictions on Rally Mexico, Lewis Duncan's expectations of what MotoGP will deliver in Qatar, and Steve Camp and Daniel Marshall run down the permutations for the St Pete Grand Prix, the first round of the 2019 NTT IndyCar Series. Next week's issue is going to be a bumper one!
With everyone's eyes on Barcelona, you could be forgiven for not following the first round of the FIA's World Cup for Cross Country Rallies that kicked off in Doha, Qatar last weekend. When it all finished on Tuesday evening, local ace Nasser Al-Attiyah had added another trophy to his already burgeoning cabinet. Anna Duxbury reports on how he did it.
And as always we have all the usual news, views and stories in this week's edition of the most widely read weekly motorsport magazine in the world!
