Renault F1 has confirmed the launch date of its 2019 Formula 1 car, likely to be titled the R.S.19.
The French manufacturer team will unveil its car at its Enstone base on February 12 – a week before the first of two pre-season F1 tests which will be held at Spain's Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.
The team has steadily risen up the order following its takeover of Lotus in 2015, finishing a best fourth in the Constructors' standings this season as it looks to join the leading trio of Mercedes, Ferrari and Red Bull.
Nico Hulkenberg will be partnered with new arrival Daniel Ricciardo, who replaces McLaren-bound Carlos Sainz Jr.
Renault is the third team to confirm its launch plans following Ferrari and Racing Point (formerly Force India) – which will also include the team's new identity.
F1 2019 Launch Dates:
February 12: Renault (Enstone)
February 13: Racing Point (Toronto)
February 15: Ferrari (Maranello)
