Swiss watchmaker TAG Heuer has announced an extended sponsor agreement with Red Bull Racing through 2021.
TAG Heuer joined Red Bull as a sponsor in 2016 and took up the naming rights on its Renault power unit following the deterioration of the relationship between the French manufacturer and the team.
With Red Bull switching to Honda next season, bringing it in line with sister team Toro Rosso, TAG Heuer will no longer feature on the power unit, but will continue as a team sponsor, a deal it said "will evolve in the years to come".
"We are delighted to confirm the extension of our partnership with TAG Heuer," said Red Bull Racing team boss Christian Horner.
"Over the past three seasons the TAG Heuer name has become deeply linked with the Team’s efforts, through its branding of our power units, and also via the company’s exceptional global visibility.
"The TAG Heuer name has outstanding heritage in Formula 1, stretching back to the golden age of grand prix racing, and we are proud to play a part in that continuing story."
TAG Heuer has a rich motorsport history and is also involved in other series including Formula E as an official partner, the WTCC and the Indy 500.
