Force India has taken the wraps off its 2017 Formula 1 challenger, the VJM10, at Silverstone, ahead of the start of pre-season testing next week.
Force India unveiled its new challenger at the home of the British Grand Prix, with new recruit Esteban Ocon joining incumbent Sergio Pérez for the upcoming campaign.
The car features a striking solution to the front end, with a protruding nose, with the team another to adopt a shark fin, while the livery has been tweaked to include more silver.
Force India achieved its highest placing in the constructors’ championship last year when it finished fourth overall, behind only Mercedes, Red Bull and Ferrari, with Pérez taking two podium finishes.
Ocon, meanwhile, will embark on his first full F1 season, having competed in nine Grands Prix with Manor last year, as well as test runs with Mercedes and Renault.
Pérez will debut the VJM10 on the opening day of testing on Monday at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, before Esteban Ocon runs on Tuesday, with retained test driver Alfonso Celis Jr. set to conduct duties on Wednesday.
Reigning World Champions Mercedes will be the next team to unveil its challenger, with the W08 Hybrid to be launched on Thursday, also at Silverstone.
