Fuzzy's Ultra Premium Vodka has teamed up with Ed Carpenter's Josef Newgarden to commemorate the 100th running of the Indianapolis 500 in May.
As part of the deal, Newgarden will run a special livery inspired by Fuzzy's limited-edition bottles which have been released to commemorate the occasion.
The livery will adorn the 25-year-old's car for the opening four races, including the Indy 500.
"I’m so excited to be able to represent Fuzzy’s Vodka," said Newgarden. "They’re a great partner and are very engaged in the Verizon IndyCar Series, but also with everything we’re doing at ECR. It’s going to be very cool to run the 100th Running Edition bottle on my car leading up to the month of May.
"The car is absolutely gorgeous! Hopefully we can put some good results up on the board for Fuzzy’s and head into the Indianapolis 500 strong!"
Fuzzy's and Ed Carpenter Racing have a long history dating back to the 2010 Indianapolis 500 and team owner Ed Carpenter is happy to see the deal extended into 2016.
"Being involved with Fuzzy’s Ultra Premium Vodka over the past five years has been a true blessing,” added Carpenter. "Their support of our team and the Verizon IndyCar Series has been amazing. Seeing the new bottles for this May and the paint scheme honoring it is something that we are all proud of and can’t wait to share with the rest of the racing community."
