A £10,000 reward is being offered for any information which might lead to the arrest and conviction of those involved in a ram-raid at Red Bull Racing’s factory in December.
Whilst a third of the 60 stolen trophies have been recovered, after they were found by a dog-walker in a lake in Sandhurst, the remainder are still missing.
It’s believed they may have been sold for scrap as almost all are replicas and have very little monetary value according to Red Bull.
The theft was featured on the BBC’s Crimewatch programme this week where an appeal was made for information relating to the theft. It’s believed those involved have also targeted other businesses in the Surrey area including a clothing shop and ATM.
