The Sauber cars will feature sponsorship from the Mexican tourist board on the rear-wing and nose cones of its cars as well as its drivers overalls and helmets.
The ‘Visit Mexico’ logo will be seen on the C31 for 12 of the next 18 races – it also featured on the cars at several races in 2011.
Team principal Peter Sauber said he was happy to see the collaboration between Sergio Perez’s home country and team continue.
“We are very happy that this partnership is continuing. We can assume that our good results in the first two Grands Prix have contributed to the renewing of the agreement, and, of course, Sergio’s second place finish in Malaysia has once again ignited pride in his home country.”
